Development of the logistic market in Russia and in Europe intensifies competitive activity and inevitably leads to improvement of services quality. TechnoVisa Company pays particular attention on quality issues at all levels of its activity.


In the beginning of 2014 the company successfully achieved ISO 9001 and 14001 certification. An internal integrated environmental and quality management system was introduced: targets for performance and efficiency of processes were determined, quality indicators are monitored monthly, and internal audits are performed regularly. All internal auditors have been trained on audit standards and have received related certificates. Every employee is acquainted with Environmental and Quality Management Policy of TechnoVisa Company  and should implement it in the activity.  TechnoVisa Company is obliged to share the Policy with all employees, clients, providers, suppliers, and interested parties.


The first stage of control in the Company starts with quality of vehicles. In TechnoVisa’s arsenal there are trailers and semitrailer of European type which are constantly being serviced at our Service Station. The second stage of quality transportations is a responsibility of a carrier. TechnoVisa is fully financially responsible for transported freights since the moment of freight loading till the delivery to the final destination point and unloading.  All freights are securely fastened in accordance with internal instructions, requirements of clients, and the sanitary code. The third stage is a compliance with transport discipline which allows avoiding cargo damage in transit. And the final stage is a timely cargo dispatch to a client.

Daily procedures conducted in order to improve services quality made it possible to minimize damage coefficient which today meets European average rate.


One of the criteria of high-quality transportations is qualification of driver personnel. Every three months TechnoVisa’s drivers are trained on manufacturers’ transportation standards, safety standards at work, and traffic regulations.

Two times a year drivers are assessed on the basis of internal performance quality evaluation system. The system includes the following aspects: delivery quality, meeting lead time, working efficiency and maintenance of truck operating conditions.  According to results, the company gives bonuses to those drivers who have passed.

Service Station staff studies in learning centers of trucks, components and spare parts producers. Regular trainings are also provided for the company’s management personnel. Trainings and an experience exchange with the company’s foreign partners allow maintaining TechnoVisa’s management system at a proper level.

The personnel are the basis of the company, so TechnoVisa sustains their qualification levels and creates optimal conditions for labour activity.
